Can anyone recommend an orthopedist that diagnoses and treats headaches arising from the neck

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Over the past decade I have seen three neurologists and been on several medications for headaches. Nothing has helped. I suffer from headaches that start in my neck, go up the back of my head and settle on the right side of my head. These can last for a week at a time. A recent physical therapist has said it may arise from discs or compressed nerves in the neck.
