I’ve been messing around on my laptop all morning looking at these 2026 rate hikes and the county tax codes, and they’re definitely overcharging us on the delivery fees.</p> <p>​It’s basically a massive oversight in the new warrants that everyone is just paying. I already got a $210 credit back just by flagging one specific line they messed up.</p> <p>​Also, Grievance Day is June 16th. If you haven't checked your assessment for the year yet, you’re probably paying way too much.</p> <p>​I’m bored today so I’ll run the math for a few people if you think your bill is high. Just DM me a pic of your statement, black out your name and address, obviously, and I’ll tell you if they owe you money or if you should file for June 16th.
