What to expect
OCM-licensed dispensary in Mount Vernon with top-shelf flower, infused pre-rolls, edibles (gummies and chocolates), THC vapes, and concentrates (live resin, live rosin, shatter). Delivery to Westchester and the Bronx. (Rolling: Year-round — monitor the source for specific dates.)
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
