Expecting in August, no local family. Need emergency care ideas for our 4yo (special needs)

Our 4-year-old son has special needs, so we need a rock-solid plan for someone to care for him at home from the moment labor starts until we bring the baby home.<br/> We’re currently weighing two options:</p> <ol> <li><p><strong>On-Call Sitter:</strong> Hire someone to be on-call 24/7 around the due date and upon request (when water breaks) to come to our house to provide care for our son until we return home from the hospital (roughly two or three days). </p></li> <li><p><strong>Short-Term Live-in (July &amp; Aug):</strong> Host a live-in helper who is available to live in our house during July and August. This gives our son time to bond with them before the birth and guarantees he will have care. </p></li> </ol> <p>Has anyone navigated a similar situation (sibling care during new baby delivery)?
