Fine line tattoo designer recommendations

I can be somewhat type A and want to have a fully fleshed out vision of what exactly I'm getting done on my hands before we start the work.</p> <p>Does anyone know of any kind and helpful and detail oriented artists that will sit and work with me on my design concept. I'm ok paying for their time to work out the design, I just don't want to be pressured into doing whatever on the day of the appointment. Any suggestions would be massively appreciated!
