fixing home inspection issues?

There were thankful not any major issues but a slew of minor ones like some siding that needed replacing, wood rot in the hand rail outside, radon mitigation system wasnt functional, etc. Do I just find a handyman or is this something I should call a GC about? I'm not sure any GC would find this to be worth their time without a massive up charge.
