How long did it take for your to land a teaching job in Westchester?

I have a dual cert in early childhood/childhood education and I’ve been looking at Westchester schools and not much luck. I am getting a microcredential in Science of Reading.</p> <p>I have experience working as an IT aide, teachers assistant, student teacher, and I was an assistant director at a summer camp. I am now a part time tutor too.</p> <p>What should I add to my resume or sign up for programs to make myself more applicable?
