What to expect
A Mount Kisco licensed retailer hosts a summer wellness pop-up in a private event space adjacent to the shop. A budtender-led Q&A on NY-brand product lines, a CBD-forward beverage tasting from a Hudson Valley brand, and a raffle benefiting a Westchester mutual-aid network. 21+ only, OCM QR code verification at the door, no on-premises consumption.
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
