State tax refund issues still

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I filed in early February. I’m still waiting for my refund. I try to put my info on the website and phone, both say that my info is incorrect, but two weeks ago, I could check it without issue.</p> <p>I cannot get anyone on the phone; when I call it says all agents are helping others and to call back later and hangs up.</p> <p>Is there some secret I need to know on how to figure out what is going on? Is there somewhere else I can call or reach out to?</p> <p>It’s utterly ridiculous at this point.</p> <p>Edit: I have an update! I called first thing this morning and only waited 42 minutes to get someone one the line. For some reason unknown to them, my refund was put on hold.
