What to expect
Westchester's first wholly adult-use OCM-licensed dispensary, opened December 2023 by Mount Vernon natives John Ruggiero and Chris Carey. Curated flower, live resin vapes, pre-rolls, beverages, and edibles. Delivery expanding. Frequent brand launches and member events. (Rolling: Year-round; seasonal events and 4/20 programming — monitor the source for specific dates.)
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
